1. السلامة أولاً
لا تتفاعل مع الهاتف أثناء القيادة. ثبّت الهاتف قبل الانطلاق واتبع قوانين المرور وإشارات الطريق وتعليمات الجهات المختصة. الاتجاهات والبلاغات تقديرية وقد تكون متأخرة أو غير دقيقة؛ الطريق الفعلي وإشارات المرور لها الأولوية دائماً.
2. الحساب والأهلية
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة وحماية بيانات الدخول. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الصادر من حسابك. لا تستهدف الخدمة الأطفال دون 13 عاماً أو الحد الأعلى المطلوب قانوناً في بلدهم.
3. محتوى المجتمع
لا ترسل بلاغاً أو مكاناً أو صورة إلا إذا كان صحيحاً قدر علمك ومسموحاً قانوناً. يُحظر المحتوى المضلل أو الخطر أو المخالف أو الذي ينتهك خصوصية الآخرين. يجوز لنا مراجعة المحتوى أو تعديله أو رفضه أو حذفه وتعليق الحسابات المسيئة.
4. التسجيل والموقع
أنت مسؤول عن الحصول على أي موافقات لازمة قبل تسجيل الصوت أو الفيديو أو مشاركة الصور. مسار GPS يُزامن تلقائياً بعد انتهاء الرحلة عند تسجيل الدخول وتوفر الشبكة، بينما لا تُرفع الفيديوهات والصور إلا بإجراء مشاركة صريح.
5. الرخصة والملكية
تظل مالكاً لمحتواك. عند إرسال محتوى للمجتمع تمنحنا رخصة غير حصرية لاستخدامه واستضافته ومعالجته وعرضه وتعديله تقنياً لتشغيل الخرائط والملاحة والسلامة. التطبيق وعلاماته وتصميمه مملوكة لأصحابها.
6. الخدمة والمسؤولية
تقدم الخدمة «كما هي» وقد تتغير أو تتوقف. إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون لا نضمن دقة الخرائط أو توفر طريق أو سلامته، ولا نتحمل أضراراً ناتجة عن الاعتماد وحده على التطبيق.
7. الإنهاء والتغييرات
يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وطلب حذف الحساب. قد نقيّد الخدمة عند مخالفة الشروط أو لحماية المستخدمين. سنعرض طلب موافقة جديد عند إجراء تغيير جوهري.

1. Safety first
Do not interact with a phone while driving. Mount it before departure and obey traffic laws, road signs, and official instructions. Directions and reports may be delayed or inaccurate; actual road conditions and signs always take priority.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for account activity. The service is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required by local law.
3. Community content
Submit reports, places, edits, and photos only when lawful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misleading, dangerous, unlawful, or privacy-infringing content is prohibited. We may review, edit, reject, remove, or moderate content and abusive accounts.
4. Recording and location
You are responsible for permissions required before recording audio/video or sharing images. Signed-in journey GPS paths are queued for automatic synchronization after recording when connectivity is available. Videos and photos upload only through a deliberate sharing action.
5. Licence and ownership
You retain ownership of your content. Community submissions grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and technically adapt them to operate maps, navigation, and safety features. The app, branding, and design remain their owners’ property.
6. Service and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee map accuracy, route availability, or road safety and are not responsible for harm caused by relying solely on the app.
7. Termination and changes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict service for violations or user safety. We will request acceptance again when a material revision is introduced.
